Keith Dimoff, Executive Director
Keith Dimoff, Executive Director of the Ohio Environmental Council, is responsible for overall direction of the organization, performing the duties of the chief executive, and supervising the OEC’s top managers. Working with the OEC’s board of directors, Keith oversees the organization’s financial health, program priorities, membership development, and public affairs.
Before being appointed executive director, he was OEC’s deputy director for five years. As the top aide to the chief executive, Keith supervised the work of the OEC’s policy, public affairs, and outreach staff, and served as as liaison to the board’s strategic planning committee.
Prior to joining the OEC, Keith gained extensive experience as an officer with nonprofit community groups and spent five years at the Ohio Environmental Protection Agency, where he earned the statewide 1989 Employee of the Year Award.
He graduated with honors from the Ohio State University with a B.S. in Civil Engineering and a minor in the liberal arts. Keith serves on the steering committee of the regional Healing Our Waters Coalition and the Ohio Blue Green Alliance and is a board member of the national Clean Water Network, as well a graduate of the Great Lakes Executive Director Leadership Program.

David R. Celebrezze, Director of Air & Water Special Projects
David shares his time with both the Air and Water teams at the OEC. He organizes meetings and works with local school district fleet managers on the OEC’s diesel campaign. His focus in the Water Program is the Wetlands and Streams Project. He supports and encourages sound policy to protect the quality of water in Ohio by working with several local watershed groups.
Prior to joining the OEC, David was part of a national mental health organization, coordinating over 130 centers throughout the United States. He has also served as a senatorial aide at the Ohio Statehouse. These experiences honed David’s ability to organize several different groups towards a common goal. He has a B.A. in Sociology from the College of Wooster.

Dawn Dixon, Senior Director of Administration
Dawn is responsible for management of office administrative activities and administrative staff, coordination of special events, supervising the volunteer and intern program, managing printing requests, and handling membership renewals.

Jennifer Doron, Director of Marketing & Communications
Jennifer is responsible for developing and implementing the OEC’s marketing and communications strategy to educate and cultivate environmental activists, and support the OEC’s policy and program campaigns.
A native of California, Jennifer recently came to Ohio after a number of years on the East Coast where she worked in communications for non-profits including Connecticut Food Bank and the Jewish Board of Family & Children’s Services in New York City. She holds Bachelor of Arts degrees in English and Philosophy from the University of California, Irvine, and a Master of Fine Arts in Creative Writing from Goddard College in Vermont. She currently serves on the Board of Directors for the Columbus Chapter of the International Association of Business Communicators (IABC).

Trent A. Dougherty, Staff Attorney, Director of Legal Affairs
Trent first joined the OEC in May, 2004 during law school and worked as a legal intern and later Law Fellow for the OEC’s Law Clinic. In July 2006, Trent joined the OEC full time as staff attorney responsible for legal and policy analysis for the Water and Air programs. Trent’s Water Program duties focus on CAFO's and other Clean Water Act issues, and representing the OEC on Ohio Department of Agriculture and Department of Natural Resources advisory committees. His Air Program responsibilities concern Ohio EPA rule changes to air pollution policy, as well as Diesel and Climate Change policy. Trent is also responsible for supervising the OEC Law Clinic, its projects, and staff of law student interns and Law Fellows. Prior to joining th OEC, Trent worked in the Business Services Division, Legal Division, and Constituent/Client Relations for the Office of the Secretary of State of Ohio.
Trent is licensed attorney in Ohio and holds a Juris Doctorate from Capital University Law School with an Environmental Law Concentration, as well as a B.A. in English from The Ohio State University.

Lisa Estrella, Administrative Assistant
You will hear Lisa's welcoming voice if you call the OEC and you will meet her first if you visit our office. Lisa is in charge of arranging travel, keeping our membership lists up to date, and archiving press clips.

Liz Factor, Executive Assistant
In addition to serving as personal assistant to OEC's executive director, Liz is responsible for managing the SOAR Energy program, and administering
mail-outs by the development department.

Cheryl Johncox, Director of Ohio River Programs
Cheryl’s assignment at the OEC is to concentrate on water-related issues, with special attention to the Ohio River drainage basin. She maintains OEC’s relationship with the Central Ohio and the Southeastern Ohio Watershed Councils.
While attending The Ohio State University at Marion, Cheryl initiated Earth Day programming, which has evolved into a week-long annual event. She spearheaded a community and university effort to monitor and restore Grave Creek, a “Petition Ditch” running through the campus and Marion communities. Cheryl has a background in Environmental Education, connecting communities to their watersheds, and ecological restoration. She has consulted for the National Wildlife Federation’s Office of Congressional and Federal Affairs, and is the recipient of the 2005 National Conservation Achievement Award in the International Category, National Wildlife Federation’s highest honor.
Cheryl graduated cum laude with distinction in natural resources from The Ohio State University.

Joe Logan, Director of Agricultural Programs
Joe Logan, served as the director of governmental affairs for the Ohio Farmers Union from 2006 until joining OEC in fall 2008. Prior to taking that position at Ohio Farmers Union, he served as that organization’s president from 2002-2006. He also served on the board of directors of the National Farmers Union during that same interval, where he chaired the Finance Committee.
Currently, he serves as the co-chair of the board of directors of the Coalition for a Prosperous America, and is the past president and current board member of the Ohio Conference on Fair Trade. He has served as the president of the National Association of Farmer Elected Committees (NAFEC), where he represented locally elected administrators of Federal Agricultural Programs. He has served as a member of the board of directors of the Dairy Farmers of America (DFA), the nation's largest dairy cooperative, and vice chair of its predecessor Milk Marketing Inc.(MMI).

Delilah Lopez, Director of Membership Development
Delilah’s primary responsibility is to promote the work of the Ohio Environmental Council to current and future members in an effort to retain and expand the OEC’s membership base. When not maintaining communication with members, she can be found planning and executing the Real Ohio Tours, the OEC’s annual spring and summer nature tour series, and the annual Green Gala. These outreach avenues give her the opportunity to create and cultivate relationships with Ohio Environmental Council supporters throughout the state on a regular basis.
A native of northwest Ohio, Delilah traded in life on Lake Erie for central Ohio shortly after obtaining her B.S. in Recreation and Tourism from Bowling Green State University and has since spent most of her career working in nonprofit organizations on the development side, primarily in special event fundraising.

Ellen Mee, Director of Environmental Health Policy
Ellen Mee is Ohio organizer for the Keep Antibiotics Working campaign and serves as the principal investigator for the National Institute of Environmental Health Sciences' Midwest Consortium. In this function she works with communities around Ohio to promote awareness of environmental and public health threats, and to teach citizens how to report hazardous environmental releases. Ellen is also responsible for administering the OEC’s fish consumption advisory program, leading workshops for WIC clients, hospitals, and community groups to help citizens lower the risk and increase the benefits of eating Ohio’s sport fish.
Before joining the OEC, Ellen taught courses in health law and policy at the University of Florida College of Law and served as health policy specialist for the National Conference of State Legislatures in Washington D.C. She has holds a J.D. from the University of Florida College of Law and a B.A. in Communications from the University of Washington.

Kristy Meyer, Director of Agricultural & Clean Water Programs
Kristy is responsible for managing projects and budgets, researching technical issues, establishing positions on water issues, conducting outreach with local watershed groups, coordinating OEC’s Great Lakes Basin Water Resources Compact/ Sustainable Water Resource Agreement (Annex 2001), and Great Lakes restoration work. In this capacity, Kristy forms partnerships with traditional and non-traditional allies to develop and pass strong and protective measures for the waters of Ohio. The particular focus of her advocacy is Lake Erie, through state, regional, and federal policy and citizen-based outreach efforts.
Prior to joining the OEC, Kristy worked part time as Ohio’s outreach specialist on Keep Antibiotics Working, The Campaign to End Antibiotic Overuse in animal agriculture, whose overuse and misuse promotes the spread of antibiotic-resistant bacteria.
Kristy obtained a M.App.Sci. from James Cook University in Queensland, Australia, where she worked with Aboriginals on Natural Resource Management Issues and formed a “Greening Strategy,” for all of Northern Australia, including Papua New Guinea. Kristy also has a B.S. in Environmental Biology and Business Administration from Heidelberg College in Tiffin, Ohio.

Nolan Moser, Staff Attorney, Director of Energy & Clean Air Programs
Since joining the OEC as Law Fellow, Nolan has worked on numerous legal and policy issues, including land use and forest protection, energy efficiency, coal policy, factory farming agricultural responsibility, and more recently no-till agricultural promotion.
Nolan has a J.D. degree from Case Western Reserve University and has passed both the Michigan and Ohio bar examinations.

Colleen Munhall, Administrative Associate
Colleen is OEC's accounting manager, handling both receivables and payables. She is also in charge of IT mangement and troubleshooting.

Raenell Nagel, Senior Director of Policy & Strategic Planning
Originally from southern Ohio, Raenell Nagel, senior policy director for the OEC, manages and directs the work of the policy program staff, including Air & Energy, Agriculture & Water, and Legal Affairs. Prior to joining the OEC, Raenell worked in private foundation relations at COSI in Columbus, Ohio. She has experience with a variety of nonprofit organizations and government agencies, including the Agricultural Conservation Innovation Center (ACIC), Public Citizen’s Congress Watch, and the Massachusetts Department of Food and Agriculture.

Will Reisinger, Staff Attorney
Will Reisinger worked as a student intern for the Ohio Environmental Council's Law Center in 2007 and rejoined the organization after graduating from law school. He assists with the OEC’s litigation and provides legal analysis and support for the organization’s Air & Energy, Agriculture & Clean Water, and Legislative Affairs programs. He is a licensed attorney in the state of Ohio.
Will holds a B.A. in English and Political Science from Emory & Henry College in Virginia and a J.D. from Ohio Northern University. Will is also a FAA-licensed pilot and and enjoys viewing Ohio’s natural beauty from the air.

Jodi Segal, Senior Director of Advancement
A native of Pickerington, Ohio, Jodi has been politically and socially aware since an early age. After majoring in cultural diversity at Wittenberg University in Springfield, Ohio, she went on to a career in social change advocacy and fundraising for environmental-
conservation organizations including MASSPIRG in Boston and CALPIRG in Santa Barbara.
Jodi works directly with the OEC’s Executive Director to create and implement strategies for cultivation and expansion of the OEC’s donor/membership base. She initiates projects to raise funds from existing donors, enhance giving opportunities, and coordinate communication projects specifically targeted to existing and potential donors. She is thrilled to be back in Ohio where she can put into practice the skills and experience that she has developed during her career in nonprofit organizations.

Jack Shaner, Deputy Director, Senior Director of Legislation & Public Affairs
Jack Shaner, Deputy Director and Senior Director of Legislative & Public Affairs, brings more than 25 years of experience in public interest advocacy and legislative service to Ohio’s environmental-conservation community. Beginning his thirteenth year as the director of the OEC's legislative program and earned media efforts, Jack is well recognized in Statehouse corridors in Columbus and in newsrooms across the state as the premier environmental policy advocate at Capitol Square.
Before joining the OEC, Jack served as policy director for the Ohio Senate Democratic Caucus and staffed the caucus’ members on the Energy, Natural Resources, and Environment Committee. A native Buckeye, Jack is a graduate of The Ohio State University and the Environmental Leadership Institute.

Devan Willemsen, Director of Air & Land Use Special Projects
Devan works on diesel cleanup and energy projects for the OEC, specifically the school bus diesel retrofit program throughout Ohio and climate change issues. She grew up in northeast Ohio where the impacts of industrialization on the Cuyahoga River and Lake Erie and the effects of urban sprawl were constantly apparent. Her goal at the OEC is to advocate for ways of living, working, and commuting that reduce harmful impacts upon the environment.
Devan holds a B.A. in International Studies and a Masters degree in City and Regional Planning from The Ohio State University.
